  Casual team members also receive 8% holiday loading.

• Tech-savvy a must: Our operations rely on devices and apps, so you’ll need to be comfortable using technology as part of your daily routine.

• Vehicle use: Most of our vehicles are shared. Some drivers keep one at home (you’ll need safe parking and take responsibility for keeping it clean—we provide the gear). Others collect a vehicle at the start of each shift.

• Hours: We operate 24/7. You might be the first face passengers see at 3:00am, or the one getting them home after a midnight flight—delays and all.

Our passengers are often travelling for important reasons—family, health, work, or new beginnings. Your job is to make them feel like the most important person in your orbit while they’re with us.
