Pricing Information
The prices provided include GST.
Booking Inclusions
Vehicles: every booking shall be assumed to be for the cheapest vehicle type that suits the passengers and luggage specified.
Extras: every booking should be assumed to include the following items.
○ Meet and Greet service
○ Provision for 1 carry-on & 1 check-in bag per passenger.

All bookings are fully pre-booked and confirmed. We will service every confirmed passenger. |
If We Cannot Service a Passenger |
If we cannot service a passenger: we will arrange alternative transport for the passenger. If we cannot service the passenger AND we cannot arrange alternative transport for the passenger: we will notify your company ASAP so that you can arrange alternative transport for the passenger. |
Keeping NZ Look Shuttles up to date |
You are required to keep NZ Look Shuttles up to date with any changes that may affect passenger bookings.

Cancellations and Refunds
In the case of a passenger cancellation, NZ Look Shuttles will follow the cancellation and refund policy listed below.

Passenger cancellation greater than 24 hours prior to departure time:
● Passenger/Your company contact notifies NZ Look Shuttles by email. ● Passenger/Your company receives zero charge.
Passenger cancellation 24 hours or less prior to departure time: ● Passenger/Your company contact notifies NZ Look Shuttles via email. ● NZ Look Shuttles takes 50% payment as standard
Passenger does not cancel, but fails to board: ● NZ Look Shuttles notifies your company contact of the Passenger’s failure to board. ● NZ Look Shuttles takes 100% payment as standard.
