Connect with us, ideally on WhatsApp. This means you’ll have a direct line to our Operations team in transit, on arrival, and in case you have questions or get stuck.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE IN CHRISTCHURCH
After you’ve collected your luggage, please walk outside and around to door #1 and wait just outside. Your driver will park here to meet you.
From domestic and international arrivals, you can either walk outside (the most direct route) or inside the terminal (if it’s cold or wet weather).
All external doors of the terminal have a number on them, just count down until you get to 1.

Short waits (up to 30-60 minutes) may be required at Christchurch Airport if we’re meeting people off multiple flights.
There is free WIFI in the airport terminal.

WHAT TO DO WHEN THINGS DON'T GO TO PLAN
- We only send a driver when we’re expecting passengers.
- If you miss your plane, or it’s cancelled, you need to notify us ASAP.
- We track ALL flights, so we’ll know if your plane is just running late.
- If you don’t notify us of any changes, and you arrive on a different flight or on a different day, a driver might not be there.
CUSTOMS & BIOSECURITY
- If you’ve arrived on an international flight, you’ll need to process through customs.
- Please note, New Zealand has strict biosecurity laws and you’ll need to declare most food items, and any items used with animals, or items such as camping gear, hiking shoes, bikes, kayaks, etc.
