All arrivals

we park outside doors 1 & 2.

  • Our drivers park outside doors 1 & 2 at the Regional end of the terminal.
  • All external doors of the terminal have a number on them; find any external door and then follow the numbers down until you get to 1 & 2
  • If you have a short wait for us, there are facilities inside, and seating both inside and outside door 1.

INTERNATIONAL ARRIVALS

  • If you arrive on an international flight, it’s a 2-3 minute walk to door 1. 
  • Exit the terminal via door 7, and you’ll see the multi-story carpark out ahead of you. Walk towards that, and when you’re almost there veer off to your right. You’ll see another shuttle/taxi zone outside doors 1 and 2.
  • This is where your driver will park to meet you.

DOMESTIC ARRIVALS

  • If you arrive on a domestic flight (from Auckland, Wellington or Queenstown), it’s a short walk to door 1.
  • You can walk through the terminal, or outside the building. Your driver will park there to meet you.

REGIONAL ARRIVALS

  • If you arrive on a regional flight (from one of NZ smaller cities), congratulations! You have the shortest walk to find your driver.
  • Collect your bags and walk straight out door 1. Your driver will park there to meet you.

tell us when things change

  • We only send a driver when we’re expecting passengers.
  • If you miss your plane, or it’s cancelled, you need to notify us ASAP. 
  • We track ALL flights, so we’ll know if your plane is just running late.
  • If you don’t notify us of any changes, and you arrive on a different flight or on a different day, a driver might not be there. 

WHAT TO DO WHEN THINGS DON'T GO TO PLAN

Email/phone/text us as soon as you know there is a delay.

We get it:

  • Flights are cancelled
  • People miss flights
  • Customs can take FOREVER
  • Bags go missing

Our drivers can be very resourceful if they know there’s an issue, but if we don’t know, we can’t help.
