We have been using NZ Look Shuttles for many years now for new students that arrive from developing countries to commence their study at Lincoln University. Heather and Tim go out of their way to welcome them, which really reassures us as these students are sometimes quite vulnerable. They deliver them right to their accommodation door if after hours, and also point out facilities on their way through Lincoln township that they may need, such as the supermarket. Lastly, they are incredibly flexible if we have delayed flights. They are always there for our precious people - never miss a beat, day or night. Utterly reliable and super-friendly!
We regularly use NZ Look Shuttles for both business and personal use. Tim and Heather are very professional, super friendly, helpful and always give exceptional service. Nothing is ever a problem for them - they often will go the extra mile to ensure our journey is a good experience. Without fail they are always ready waiting and there to collect us from home or when we are returning at the airport, no matter what time of day or night. Their vehicles are clean and modern. They're always on time (often early!) and our staff, players and execs enjoy the friendly service. We often change plans at the last minute and nothing is ever a problem. I can't recommend them highly enough!

NZ Look Shuttles provides a comfortable and efficient service that Lincoln University English Language Division frequently use. They transport our students from their homestay accommodation to Christchurch airport. The shuttle bus arrives on time and is clean and comfortable and the drivers are friendly and helpful. I have no stress when booking with NZ Look Shuttles and would highly recommend this company to others needing great and reasonably priced transportation.

Just want to thank the team for the excellent service over the last 6 weeks. I have recently undertaken a Kidney Transplant and required regular transfer into the city to attend hospital clinics after my operation. The team were always punctual and provided some great banter on the ride in from Nth Canterbury. Then I found them always there ready to take me home once I had completed my time with the hospital team. So again a big thanks you and keep up the great work. Tim & Heather you have a great team and provide a wonderful service, well done!

We recently used NZ Look Shuttles to transport us to the airport for our family trip. The experience was fantastic! They were on time, friendly and extremely professional. The shuttle van was modern and very clean. Upon our return the driver was ready and waiting for us. I would highly recommend and we would be very happy to use NZ Look Shuttles again.

Punctual, friendly and fitted the car seats for the children making the trip to the airport quick and easy for our whole party. Very impressed!
Great service picking five of us up from ChCh airport late in the evening and dropping us to Lincoln. Even bought car seats and let us stop for milk! Would highly recommend.

What a brilliant way to start and end a Holiday! Totally stress free. Tim picked up our whole family, 6 adults, 3 children and a baby and sorted out all the baby seats and booster seats and got us to the airport for our 5am check-in . When we arrived back, Tim was waiting for us to take us home. Excellent service. Thank you!
