We accept bank transfer (within NZ only), or credit card via PayPal (note that credit card payments incur a 3.5% processing fee).

We are a pre-booked service only; your booking is confirmed on receipt of payment.
We track all flights, so we'll know if your plane is early or late, and we'll be there to meet you when you land. We also, where possible, monitor air traffic for regular updates on anything that may cause your outbound flight to be delayed or cancelled.
Where your plane has been delayed or cancelled (significantly affecting the meeting time) , or you miss a connection along the way , NZ Look Shuttles will re-arrange the transfer based on your new details if you provide them. Short wait times may be required during busy times, to fit in with existing bookings.
All cancellations require 24 hours notice in advance of your scheduled pick up time. Cancellation must be by email or text:
